Position Highlights |
The Eller College of Management is seeking a highly driven, results-oriented, and personable individual to serve as Recruiter for its Master's programs. This position is vitally important in shaping the cohorts of the Eller College programs. Success in this role will require extensive communication and outreach, ranging from campaigns in Slate CRM, to highly individualized emails and conversations, to delivering recruitment events. The incumbent will develop strong relationships with prospective students and guide them through the application and admission processes. Duties & Responsibilities |
The Recruiter, Graduate Programs will perform the following duties and responsibilities: Recruitment Focus (50%):
- Plan and implement recruitment strategies to develop prospective student leads.
- Develop rapport and nurture inquiries and leads using a comprehensive set of strategies, including in-person events, virtual events, individual phone calls, and personal emails. Conduct these initiatives in a responsive, timely manner.
- Serve as the primary contact and provide thorough, thoughtful advice to guide prospective graduate students through the application and admissions processes.
- Receive direction from the Associate Director, Graduate Recruitment. Collaborate with Graduate Recruitment and Admissions team members (program manager/directors) to achieve enrollment objectives.
- Conduct occasional recruiting activities during evening and weekend hours.
- Drive according to the University Fleet Safety Policy.
Communication (30%):
- Co-Manage individual and mass communications in Slate Customer Relationship Management.
- Utilize Stripo email template builder in conjunction with Slate to augment lead development.
- Co-Manage content-based marketing via the website and social media with Associate Director, Graduate Recruitment.
- Connect and work collaboratively with other recruitment team members on initiatives that enhance the Eller graduate experience.
Event Focus (20%):
- Conduct on-site and virtual recruiting events, such as information sessions and open houses, representing Eller Masters programs.
- Participate in on-site and virtual events, ranging from corporate and community functions to individual student meetings, which serve to promote Eller Masters programs.
- Travel within Arizona and possibly nationally to represent the school at graduate recruiting and networking events.

Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive according to the University Fleet Safety Policy.

Preferred Qualifications |
- Experience in either event planning or recruiting in higher education.
- Experience in presentation and public speaking.
- Experience with Slate CRM.
- Experience with Stripo email template builder.

Notice of Availability of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report |
In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University's campuses.Thesereports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
