Make banking a Fifth Third better GENERAL FUNCTION: Applies technical skills and expertise to business and/or technical projects of a low to moderate level of complexity. The incumbent will be a member of an agile team and will be actively involved implementing new features and enabling capabilities using modern software engineering tools. The incumbent will rotate every six months to a new team and assignment which could include other roles besides software engineering (i.e. Product Owner, Scrum Master, Quality Control). Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types. ESSENTIAL DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:
