If you are located in Las Vegas, NV, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Design, create and implement quality improvement projects and initiatives
  • Conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that may include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending and presenting information for quality management planning and management needs
  • Develop and present recommendations and alternatives for management and executive review
  • Assist in developing department strategic action plans
  • Develop and implement effective analysis, research and evaluation of quality management metrics



In addition to fostering teamwork and collaboration, much of your work will involve data extraction. Strong auditing skills are essential. You'll also need the communication and persuasion skills to deal with clinical and non-clinical audiences.

Required Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of health care experience
  • 2+ years of experience developing and implementing performance improvement projects or using data to develop intervention strategies to improve outcomes
  • 1+ years of experience extracting data in SQL/Oracle environment
  • Ability to navigate Microsoft Access Databases
  • Ability to collect, analyze and present data



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience creating reports related to quality improvement/performance outcomes
  • Experience with quality measures such as HEDIS
  • Resides in or near Las Vegas, NV

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
