Forging Operator 2 *Shift: 1st & 2nd, (4:30am-3pm /9am-7pm)* Pay: $19-$21.25/hr. (Based on experience) Join our growing team as a Forging Operator II and play a vital role in producing high-quality components in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment. We are looking for experienced, driven individuals who are ready to contribute and grow within our company. Job Description: Operate forging equipment and assist with setups per-standard operating procedures Perform visual inspections to identify defects and ensure product quality Handle materials, position inserts, and remove finished parts Complete work documentation and inventory tags accurately Perform equipment start-ups and contribute proactively to production flow Participate in cleanup, rework, and support tasks across shifts as needed Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity Operation monitoring and control Quality control awareness and active observation Ability to read work instructions and use basic math Critical thinking, proactive mindset, and strong communication skills
