CNC Mill Machinist *Shift: 2nd, (2pm-10:30pm)* *Pay: $22-$27/hr (Based on experience)* Job Description: Setup, program, and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision plastic components per print and job specs. Perform frequent machine changeovers efficiently due to the low-volume nature of the work. Make adjustments to cutting tools, speeds, and feeds. Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) to inspect parts and ensure tight tolerances are met. Work with Programming to troubleshoot machining issues related to plastic properties, such as melting, warping, or surface finish defects. Maintain detailed setup sheets, program files, and inspection records for repeatability. Support continuous improvement initiatives in machining processes, tooling, and fixture design. Perform routine machine maintenance and cleanliness to ensure equipment reliability.
