CNC Set Up Techician Shift: All Shifts Pay: $20-$32/hr (Based on Experience) We are seeking a skilled CNC Set-Up Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the set-up and operation of a twin spindle, twin turret Doosan CNC lathe, ensuring quality machining of parts according to blueprints. You'll also be expected to maintain a clean work environment and promptly report any necessary machine repairs. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate Doosan CNC lathes (twin spindle/twin turret) Produce precision parts in accordance with blueprints Inspect parts using micrometers and other precision measuring tools Maintain a clean and organized machine and workspace Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow Identify and report mechanical or operational issues Requirements: Prior experience in CNC machine set-up Ability to read and interpret blueprints Proficient in using micrometers and measuring equipment Able to lift up to 40 lbs Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
