  Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled systems, HMIs, sensors, and other automation components to quickly restore productionStrong Electrical background including understanding electrical wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical cabinets ranging from 24 VDC to 480 VAC 3 phasePLC/HMI programming and troubleshooting skills using different PLC/HMI platforms and programming stylesConfigure, tune, and maintain VFDs, servo drives, and motion systems as requiredPerform basic network troubleshooting (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, DeviceNet, Profibus) to restore communication between devicesWork closely with Controls Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and Maintenance Technicians to resolve recurring issues and implement improvementsFollow all LOTO, electrical safety, and company procedures when performing work on live systemsWhat You'll Bring
 
  3-5 years of experience on process automation and/or electromechanical systems. Ability to perform skilled termination of controls devicesWorking knowledge of low voltage electrical systems from 24VDC to 480VACAbility to read and comprehend wiring diagrams, loop drawings, and P&ID drawings. Ability to read and interpret electrical prints and schematics. Ability to read and interpret PLC code and HMI screensAbility to work in high elevation up to 80 ft. and ability to lift 50 lbs. regularlyStrong knowledge in troubleshooting of motor controls, variable frequency drives, programmable controllers and other electronic componentsStrong understanding of HVAC and process instrumentation (pressure, level, differential pressure, temperature and analytical).
