We're looking to hire a talented Channel Marketing Managerbased in Denton, TX.

Reporting to the Director of MarCom & Channel Marketing North America the Channel Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and growth of ESAB sales across all channels. This role involves effective communication with Partners and Distributors to support the entire portfolio, sales campaigns, and promotions. The associate will ensure ESAB gains and expands shelf space at key partners while maintaining brand identity compliance.

Key responsibilities include supporting and bringing innovative ideas and demands to the product management and MarCom teams to enhance marketing strategies at different channels. The goal is to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and profitable revenue growth in North America. The Specialist will also develop and implement strategic plans and utilize Voice of Customer (VOC) tools to research and identify customer needs and market opportunities.

Primary Duties

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in customer's organization, including holding regular meetings with appropriate contacts
  • Identify opportunities for improving ESAB business through programs, promotions, launches, co-branded activities
  • Serve as a liaison between customer organization & ESAB's cross-functional team - promptly resolving issues, bringing in cross-functional experts as required
  • New distributor onboarding & paperwork
  • Data management vendor (TBC)
  • Measure customer satisfaction through bi-annual NPS survey (and others)
  • Ideation and development of channel programs (incl. holding appropriate meetings, gathering insights, developing collateral with MarCom)
  • Program communication to customers, troubleshooting and rollout
  • Program performance review & feedback for optimization
  • Fulfillment of Spiff, End-User rewards and/or free product
  • Customer portal management & optimization to improve programs adoption
  • Ongoing education on channel marketing best practices
  • Customer email business updates
  • Collaboration with MarCom on monthly distributor newsletters
  • Gather customer performance data (sales, market share, engagement levels, potential score) for Distributor Segmentation bi-annual updates
  • Monthly channel programs evaluation & optimization insights for better ROI
  • ESAB Marketplace: weekly tracking & optimization insights for better ROI
  • Amazon store ROI
  • Bi-annual NPS
  • Briefing sales on programs and promotions driving better program adoption
  • Support sales with local/regional events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field required, 3- 5 years of marketing leadership experience, preferably within the welding, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Combined experience in channel marketing, marketing, and customer service.
  • Proven experience in channel marketing and end-to-end channel programs.
  • Business-to-business marketing experience, including collaboration with partner organizations and end-to-end communications.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce management tools/services.
  • Creative marketing approaches and campaign execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects including developing and managing project plans and schedules, driving results, communicating changes and progress, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion, and managing project team activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize planning and implementation skills that align with strategic goals.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities while remaining flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to data collection and synthesis to support decision-making, spotting and communicating patterns and trends.
  • Demonstrate comfort with new technologies and cross-functional collaboration to meet fast-paced timelines.
  • Results-oriented, self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical approach and comfort working with multiple data sets.

Working Conditions

  • Remains in a stationary position 50% of the time and involves additional physical demands such as ascending/descending stairs, walking stooping and standing.
  • Must wear Personal Protective Equipment 'PPE' when working/visiting manufacturing and plant locations.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery including but not limited to printer, tablets, cell phones.
  • Moves transports, puts, or removes equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.; pushes, pulls products weighing up to 200 lbs. using provided safety tools.
  • May be exposed to varying weather during travel.
  • Domestic travel required.
