Overview
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the AEC industry! We are looking for a results-driven professional with a passion for building relationships, driving growth, and elevating our presence in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) marketplace. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, strengthening existing partnerships, and positioning Colliers Engineering & Design as a trusted leader across our regional offices. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our operations and technical teams to identify new opportunities, develop strategic pursuits, and manage client relationships from introduction through project delivery. You'll represent the firm in high profile client presentations, industry conferences, and networking events, serving as a key liaison between our clients, subconsultants, and internal teams. This is more than just a business development role, it's an opportunity to directly influence the future growth of our firm, help shape meaningful community projects, and make a lasting impact within the AEC industry.
