Job Title: Senior Team Lead for Independent Dispute Resolution (IDRE) The SeniorTeam Lead for IDRE is responsible forguiding teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results.They provideday-to-day supervision and leadershipof a cross-functional team performing eligibility analysis, payment determinations, and quality assurance, and communicate clear instructions and direction to help them achieve program goals.Responsibilities includesetting performance goals, providing feedback and coaching, and resolving issues within the team. Key Responsibilities: - People: Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the team, including feedback, quality audits, and inspiring the team. Perform basic supervisory HR tasks for employees (e.g., timesheets, performance reviews). - Operations: Complete work assignments for eligibility and payment determinations, and ensure teams are hitting success metrics. - Projects: Undertake projects to improve team performance and contribute to the success of the department as a whole. - Cross-team Engagement: Make connections and work across teams to drive initiatives and success. What Good Looks Like: Guide the team through complex decisions and process change, ensure quality of work, reach production goals, manage team members and their schedules, and report key metrics to leadership. Assist the Executive Director with special projects and facilitate cross-team learning. Required Skills: - Outcomes-driven and Problem-solver: Operational discipline, ability to jump between leadership and operational roles, scrappiness, and a solution-oriented mindset. - Servant Leader and Team Player: High people skills, ability to lead through others, deliver feedback effectively, hold teams and people accountable, and create an inclusive environment. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent written and verbal communication. Required Experience: - 2+ years of experience leading or managing teams. - 3-5 years of experience in health claims, insurance, or RCM, with IDRE-specific experience desired. - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred. Benefits and Compensation Provider Resources provides a competitive benefits package that includes access to Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Critical Illness, Accident, Legal and ID Theft, 401k plan, and PTO. The anticipated salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role will be $72,320 - 98,325 (not including discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits). The final salary offered will be dependent on several factors that include but are not limited to relevant previous experience including duration and type of experience within the industry, education, and internal equity.
