Responsibilities
Salary Range The salary range for this position is $98,400 - $199,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled. Old National Bank is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Collaboration Systems Engineer to oversee and manage our telecommunication infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Cisco on-prem environments, migrating to Cisco Cloud, and integrating with Microsoft Teams. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our communication systems. Key Accountabilities Key Accountability 1: Strategic Oversight and Implementation of Telecommunication Systems
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the bank's telecommunication systems
- Oversee the migration from Cisco on-prem environments to Cisco Cloud solutions
- Manage the integration of Microsoft Teams with existing telecommunication systems
- Ensure high availability and performance of telecommunication services across the organization
Key Accountability 2: Governance, Policy Development, and Vendor Management
- Develop and enforce telecommunication policies, procedures, and standards
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for telecommunication services and equipment
- Prepare and manage the telecommunication budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and optimal resource utilization
Key Accountability 3: Cross-Functional Collaboration and Team Leadership
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to align telecommunication strategies with business goals
- Provide leadership and guidance to the telecommunication team, ensuring continuous development and adherence to best practices
- Monitor emerging technologies and recommend upgrades and enhancements to improve communication infrastructure

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in telecommunication systems management, including experience with Cisco on-prem environments and Cisco Cloud.
- Proven experience in migrating telecommunication systems to cloud-based solutions.
- Expertise in integrating Microsoft Teams with existing telecommunication infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex telecommunication issues.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable
