Join us as a Product Manager - Technology Partners and help us do what we do best: propelling business forward. This will be a remote role so working out of your home office in the United States. Due to team location we need candidates to be in EST or CST zone.This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy and business partnerships. You will define integration strategies that create mutual value for Progress ShareFile and our partners, build joint business cases, and shape commercialization plans that drive revenue and adoption.

In this role, you will:

  • Define partnership strategy: Identify and prioritize technology partnerships that enhance ShareFile's market position and customer value.
  • Build joint business cases: Develop compelling proposals that demonstrate mutual benefits for both ShareFile and partner organizations.
  • Define customer journey: Lead cross-functional collaboration with product and development teams to implement new integrations.
  • Plan go-to-market and commercialization: Create launch strategies, pricing models, and success metrics for integrated offerings.
  • Establish legal and commercial frameworks: Collaborate with legal and business teams to structure agreements that enable scalable partnerships.
  • Evaluate opportunities: Use market research and cost-benefit analysis to inform roadmap decisions and partnership prioritization.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment: Partner with engineering, marketing, and channel teams to ensure successful execution of integration and launch plans.

Your background:

  • Proven experience in product management or business development for SaaS or platform ecosystems.
  • Track record of building external partnerships that resulted in joint go-to-market initiatives-not just internal system integrations.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess opportunities and define commercialization plans.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and channel teams.
  • Experience collaborating with legal teams on partnership agreements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have:

  • Familiarity with developer portals, APIs, and partner onboarding workflows (as context, not primary focus).
  • Experience with Managed service provider platforms or developer programs.
  • Knowledge of regulated industry software products.

Base Salary Range: $128,945 - $159,285

This position is also eligible to participate in our performance-based annual corporate bonus plan. Final base compensation is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, education, demonstrable experience, and allowance for future and continued salary growth.
