Job Title: Mortgage Customer Experience Specialist
Job Description The Customer Experience Specialist is an entry-level customer service role, operating in a call center environment and supporting Consumer Direct Lending. As the Specialist, you will act as the primary consumer contact to guide a consumer through the loan origination process after the licensed discussion with a loan officer. Responsibilities * Operate in a call center environment as a customer success advocate. * Answer high-volume inbound calls or texts from current customers in a timely manner. * Perform routine data entry and validation tasks. * Handle routine calls, emails, and/or chat responses with employees, consumers, and/or authorized third parties. * Interact with multiple departments to expedite processing and/or issue resolution. * Perform other related duties as required and assigned. * Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values. Essential Skills * At least 1 year of recent Mortgage Contact Center experience. * Comfortable with high volume calls. * Experience in both inbound and outbound call environments. * Strong job tenure with no large gaps or job hopping. * Professional demeanor. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Open to Jr Loan Officers with contact center experience. * Open to Jr Loan Processors with contact center experience. * Very focused on quality and detail. * Committed to being in the office full time. * Must live within 20 minutes of the office with reliable transportation and childcare. Work Environment This role is based in an office setting with a training period of 2-3 weeks conducted in-office from 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:30pm with a one-hour lunch. After training, the schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
