| Growth Program Manager What you will be doing:Own the planning, execution, reporting, and oversight of identified growth programs within the Long-Term Care Pharmacy portfolio. Growth Program Managers are responsible for accessing relevant data sets, completing required analyses to identify insights, secure commitment from LTC and retail pharmacy leaders, and mechanizing the reporting and audit process of the program's success. This role will combine sales and project management responsibilities to drive admin fee growth across LTC and retail pharmacies.

 Act as the account owner for assigned pharmaciesWork cross-functionally (GPO contracting, contract attachment, IT, etc.) to manage key LTC and retail pharmacy relationships and secure commitment to key programsRespond to pharmacy member issues quickly and correctly and ensure they are resolved or escalated within the LTC pharmacy teamUtilize knowledge of CoC contracts, suppliers, and distribution agreements in the capacity of a trusted advisor to pharmacy members Responsibility #3 - 10%Administrative

Premier's internal salary range for this role is $90,000 - $150,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location.
