Job Overview

We're seeking a learning professional who brings deep expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design, along with a proven track record in program management and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to execute tasks efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality. This position offers outstanding visibility and the opportunity to shape learning strategies that drive logistics at some of the largest data centers, supporting both traditional social media and cutting-edge AI technology.

The Training Program Manager will play a vital role in advancing our training efforts by working with subject matter experts and the Senior Leadership Team. This role is responsible for identifying training and development needs through a thorough analysis of organizational performance and job requirements. The Training Program Manager will oversee employee training, ensuring the development, implementation, coordination, and maintenance of Data Center Services and skills. Additionally, they will manage relationships and partnerships with other departments to effectively meet the organization's training needs.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Strategic Planning: Lead the strategic planning and oversight of the Training Program to align with organizational goals.
  • Program Implementation: Oversee the implementation and monitoring of training initiatives designed to bridge identified skill and competency gaps.
  • Trainer Development: Provide oversight and guidance for the Level I-IV trainers, fostering professional growth through coaching and development opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure the training department effectively supports organizational objectives.
  • Develop effective training curriculum, workflows, and other materials utilizing a variety of media such as videos, presentations, lectures, hands-on courses, and other methods.
  • Needs Assessment: Assess staff learning needs through direct observation, formal evaluations, and reviews of quality improvement metrics.
  • Effectiveness Evaluation: Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of training programs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Training Schedule Management: Ensure that the Training and Service Readiness Lead's training schedules are effectively managed and executed.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Ensure Training and Service Readiness Leads are maintaining thorough records of training activities
  • Direct management responsibilities for Training and Service Readiness Leads

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Training or organizational development experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook (or similar Office productivity/collaboration tool)
  • Experience developing and mentoring a diverse team across multiple geographies * Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills enabling you to collaborate with multiple business contacts at various experience levels effectively
  • Ability to quickly learn and master new technology
  • Strong decision-making ability
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess and can exhibit deep Data Center knowledge

Compensation

Estimated Pay Range: $68400.00 - $85000.00 USD

Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
