If so, this Associate Director MSAT Packaging role could be an exciting opportunity to explore. As an Associate Director MSAT Packaging, you will manage an MSAT packaging team which is responsible for the development and implementation of sterile primary packaging standards to be applied globally, development and qualification of all primary packaging from phase III to commercial, life-cycle management of the already qualified primary packaging. The Associate Director, Packaging Operations, MSAT Drug Delivery & Aseptic Technology - is responsible to lead a team of packaging experts that are responsible for leading large primary packaging package development projects which impact multiple sites. This will include initiatives from a variety of areas including NPI, packaging standard platforms, cost reduction. compliance, supply risk, and sustainability. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
* Establishing goals and objectives * Performance management * Salary Administration * Development Plans * Training compliance * Recruiting Oversee the packaging development and qualification activities to assure they are completed in accordance with QMS requirements and regulatory expectations.
