General Summary: The Construction Communications Coordinator is responsible for serving community residents as the network build and deployment subject matter expert. In this role, the Construction Communication Coordinator will proactively provide information to both residents and internal teammates, while also addressing questions and resolving concerns about network deployment and construction related activities. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Proven success collaborating and building strong relationships with customers; demonstrated ability to manage customer escalations and drive to desired outcome is required. Experience with Smartsheet, Excel, Outlook and Word preferred.
