Lead the development and execution of Masimo's downstream marketing platform strategy, supporting the commercialization and adoption of patient monitoring, wearable, telehealth, and consumer-oriented products. You'll drive sales enablement, channel optimization, messaging consistency, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless go-to-market execution and sustained market growth. Key Responsibilities
- Platform Strategy & Roadmap
Define and manage a strategic roadmap for the Marketing Platform-covering tools, messaging frameworks, enabling channels, digital assets, and collateral-to align with product launches and segment needs. - Go-to-Market Enablement
Deliver a suite of scalable tools-sales enablement content, training modules, launch playbooks, messaging kits-ensuring internal teams and partners are empowered to drive adoption effectively. - Cross-Functional Leadership
Liaise across Sales, Clinical, R&D, Regulatory, Marketing Communications, and Operations to align platform initiatives with product strategy, regulatory compliance, and commercialization needs. - Customer & Market Insights
Generate insights from voice-of-customer research, competitive intelligence, and field feedback to continuously refine platform content, positioning, and deployment approach. - Channel & Experience Optimization
Orchestrate the integration of traditional and digital channels-portals, apps, events-ensuring optimal customer and field experience across the marketing platform. - Performance & Resource Planning
Monitor usage metrics, assess platform performance, and allocate resources effectively to achieve ROI and deliverables. Contribute to budget planning and strategy alignment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience:
* 5-10+ years of experience in product management or product marketing within the medical device or healthcare industry, ideally with hands-on downstream/commercial platform leadership. * Proven success managing go-to-market platforms, launch execution, and marketing collateral in regulated environments. - Skills:
* Strong project management and analytical capabilities. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with ability to influence across matrixed organizations. * Familiarity with digital marketing, sales enablement tools, and multichannel execution.
Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $113,000 - $141,000 plus benefits. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. This position also qualifies for up to 10% annual bonus based on Company, department, and individual performance.
