Description
Starkey is hiring a Supervisor of Global Training at its global headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN that is responsible for supporting training initiatives for training staff, production staff, and managers globally. Provides support and development for the Training Team. Provides training for the Manufacturing and Repair Service Teams, ensures new and current technicians are meeting specific requirements and workmanship standards before going online. Train new and current employees on specific job functions. (flex functions) Support manufacturing
Strive for continuous product improvement
Accumulate and analyze data regarding customer care accounts and rework. Analyze Customer Request and provide solutions to satisfy customers.
Quality standards and turnaround times Perform product and process audits of hearing aids Approve and update manufacturing on documents such as Job Method changes, New Product Release, and Procedures.
Attend QDIP meetings

Salary and Other Compensation: The target rate for this position is between $64,680.00 to $88,200.00/year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
