About the Role We're looking for someone who lives for precision and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. In this role, you'll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse handling everything from booking consumer, commercial, mortgage, and construction loans to remitting investor payments and disbursing taxes and insurance. You'll partner with accounting and credit teams, and yes-you'll even get your hands into the exciting world of flood logs (no waders required). What You'll Do (aka your superpowers): Be the go-to for investors and loan participants Monitor syndicated loans and manage payments with ninja-level timing Tame taxes, insurance, and escrow disbursements like a pro Dive into data entry with a sharp eye on accuracy Make late notices less painful (at least for us) Keep those general ledger accounts in tip-top shape Balance the books, prepare ACHs, and reconcile like a financial wizard Analyze loan history like Sherlock Holmes with a spreadsheet Handle confidential info with the discretion of a trusted vault What You Bring to the Table: A High School Diploma or equivalent (bonus points for loan servicing, documentation, or accounting experience) 1-2 years of relevant experience (banking, accounting, military, or loan-related) An organized mind that thrives on multi-tasking and prioritizing A love for technical details, with solid understanding of investor requirements and government regs Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel is your playground) Clear communicator with customers, coworkers, and stakeholders alike Why You'll Love It Here: You'll never be bored-every day is different You'll have a team that's collaborative, supportive, and just the right amount of quirky You'll build a strong foundation in the world of finance and lending You'll have a real impact on our customers and our bottom line Ready to join the crew and make numbers your superpower?
