Description
Oversee custodial operations at the local market level and monitor the quality of Endeavors Unlimited custodial services. Maintain appropriate levels of leadership and performance standards. Train employees, provide redirection and guidance as needed to employees. Adhere to purchasing, payroll and timekeeping processes. Assist in the creation and management of employee schedules. Operate equipment and job-related machinery when needed. Communicate with customers, and espouse the company culture and values. Always positively promote Endeavors Unlimited throughout the community. Frequent travel for this position is required. Qualifications
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: High School or GED required. Technical School Certificate or Bachelor's degree preferred. EXPERIENCE: 2+ years' experience managing custodial, or similar line of business including contract development, negotiations and monitoring. 1+ years supervising and developing supervisory staff; multi-site/remote sites a plus. Experience with government contracts, Ability One or WorkQuest contracts, and individuals with disabilities preferred. Experience stripping, waxing, buffing, and refinishing floors; shampooing and extraction of carpets required. ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion. LICENSES: Driver's License is mandatory. VEHICLE: Custodial vehicle will be avail for work activities. OTHER: Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearances as required by government contracts. Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates. Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of himself/herself or others.
