As a member of McKesson's award-winning Corporate Marketing team, the Sr. Producer, Corporate Brand and Creative Services, will serve as a hands-on producer for creative projects spanning video, brand experiential storytelling and campaigns, and events, sometimes offering light creative direction and brand advising as projects scale. S/he will empower, produce, and project manage creative workflows and ensure that all brand, video, event, and content projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality brand standards.

Reporting to the VP, Corporate Brand and Creative Services (CBCS), the Sr. Producer will develop and implement modern creative production flows and tracking strategies for the corporate brand, video, and Experience Center teams. S/he will also collaborate with the internal Creative Services studio and project operations team to manage creative production for key Corporate and Business events and deliverables.

S/he must have a proactive attitude, identifying challenges and presenting solutions, with a deep understanding of how to navigate a highly matrixed organization like McKesson. Strong planning and people skills are essential for empowering multiple project workstreams and stakeholders, from start to finish. The role also involves creating systems to enable team members to self-manage some projects while ensuring easy visibility of all projects and progress for the VP and leadership team.

S/he must be able to provide thought leadership and maintain composure under pressure. Experience managing agency partners, vendors, photographers, and freelancers is imperative, and the candidate should have existing relationships with creative vendors to help identify and secure outside resources for specialized projects in Dallas and other US locations.

This role works mainly remotely but must be local to McKesson's Headquarters in Las Colinas, TX, with periodic in-office meetings, video shoots and briefing center events. Minimal travel expected 5%, which may include events and site visits.

50% Creative Studio Support: Works in partnership with Brand Creative Director, Creative Services and Director of Operations, Marketing Services and operations/PM team to manage key projects that require studio resources, supporting teams through WorkFront. This role will be involved in PM check-ins on projects and resource allocation with operations team. These projects can include a range of work that involve stakeholder engagement, reviews, events partnership, such as:

  • Corporate design toolkits (from strategy to execution)
  • Corporate/exec events, like President's Club, SLM
  • A McKesson event like Accelerate or an industry event like ASCO
  • Corporate story deck design/updates
  • Select projects for Corporate Brand and other internal corporate business partners (brand consult, templates, toolkits)
  • Corporate executive or CEO townhall photoshoot coordination, inclusive of release forms
  • Other corporate/priority multi-faceted projects that involve creative services + other Corp Marketing groups

50% Corporate Brand, Video and Experience Center (Executive Briefing Center) Support: Works closely with leads of brand strategy, video and experience center to establish systems for tracking and reporting on projects, budgets and outside service worker needs.

  • This includes hands on project management in some cases as workflows get established to guide project check-ins and updates
  • Creative project/producing for video/photoshoots and content creation that need VO recording support, models, agencies, outside workers, locations.
  • Project management and coordination for top priority brand projects that engage extended team members and business partners
  • Serve as a point person for coordinating and sourcing outside support, helping with PO coordination, agency estimates and briefs with the group lead
  • Empower the team to track/project management with the right tool for the project, be it Monday.com, SmartSheet, Microsoft Planner or Workfront. If Monday.com is no longer needed, s/he will be responsible for migrating current flows over to new system
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate/onboard AI, automation and agent tools into creative workflows in partnership with department leaders

Minimum Requirements

7+ years of relevant experience in marketing communications, client service and project management, either agency or in-house

Critical Skills

  • Creative operations management and producer experience; Agency and in-house project management experience, print/digital/video/event production
  • Executive presence acumen; ability to lead and influence without formal authority; ability to guide teams to successfully deliver on commitments
  • Strategic thinking and ability to recommend and implement change
  • Strong attention to detail; deep process orientation
  • Strong communication skills; ability to motivate/negotiate with stakeholders and vendors
  • Workfront, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, Adobe and Copilot knowledge and skills
  • A curious digital mindset, interested in AI and automation

Education

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $106,200 - $177,000
