Job Description:
The Vice President (VP) of Extended Enterprise leads the strategic execution, growth, and operational excellence of RealmOne's portfolio outside of Maryland. This leader ensures alignment between program performance, customer satisfaction, and corporate objectives, while driving workforce engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
The Vice President (VP) of Extended Enterprise will be responsible for:
Strategic Oversight & Market Growth
*Oversee the execution and growth of all Extended Enterprise contracts, ensuring alignment with mission effectiveness and RealmOne's mission and expansion goals.
*Collaborate with Growth and Delivery leadership on new market entry strategies, expansion of existing programs, and integration of new wins or acquisitions.
*Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers to promote RealmOne's capabilities and future growth.
*Operational & Financial Performance.
*Own P&L accountability for the Extended Enterprise portfolio, partnering with Finance to manage forecasting, cost control, budget execution, and financial reporting.
*Lead capacity planning and resource are aligned to support staffing and compliance; ensuring the organization is structured for mission success.
*Support operational stand-up efforts (e.g., expansion in Augusta or other regional hubs), assess risks, track and monitor KPIs, and implement improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
Workforce Engagement & Talent Partnership
*Partner with the Senior Director, People Services (Extended Enterprise) to ensure seamless integration of Talent Acquisition, HR, and Security support across sites.
*Engage regularly with Site Leads and Program Managers to support morale, retention, and team development, ensuring alignment with mission priorities and RealmOne culture.
Leadership Development & KPI Management
*Lead and mentor Program Managers and rising leaders across the portfolio; provide career pathing, feedback, and support to ensure long-term talent retention.
*Monitor and report on portfolio KPIs including award fees, staffing levels, retention, CPEA scores, and customer satisfaction; identify and execute performance improvement strategies.
*Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
*Ensure programs are compliant across all financial, operational, and delivery obligations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
*Work across the corporate Delivery, Technology, People Services, and Finance teams to align portfolio initiatives with broader organizational strategies.
*Inform RealmOne's technology investments and whitepaper development by identifying mission challenges and innovation opportunities.
*Participate in compensation planning and engagement strategies such as bonuses, spot awards, and recognition programs to retain key staff.
*Ensure alignment of direct labor, billability, and delivery with corporate goals.
Communications & Engagement Strategy
*Serve as an executive ambassador for RealmOne at Extended Enterprise locations and within the broader defense community.
*Participate in customer meetings, industry events, and internal forums to communicate RealmOne's values, vision, and technical capabilities.
*Maintain a regular cadence of communication with leadership and stakeholders through status reports, briefings, and virtual engagement tools (Teams, Jira, etc.).
Execution Model includes:
Local Partnership:
*Coordinate in person regularly with the Sr. Director of People Services (Extended Enterprise, Georgia) to ensure strong day-to-day support
Site Engagement:
*Conducts quarterly (or as needed) visits to priority customer locations for relationship-building, operational oversight, and team development.
Virtual Oversight:
*Utilizes digital tools for continuous communication and visibility into portfolio operations, risks, and performance.
Leadership Cadence:
*Maintain consistent engagement with executive leadership to review performance, risks, and strategic priorities.
Qualifications:
*15+ years of customer leadership experience, including P&L ownership and multi-program oversight.
*Strong background in customer engagement, team leadership, and strategic growth.
*Experience as a Program Manager on large-scale government contracts, or in a similar/relevant capacity, is preferred.
Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
Pay Range:
The RealmOne pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
