We're hiring a Supply and Distribution Coordinator. Global Partners seeks a motivated, ambitious and personable candidate to join the Supply Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a desire to succeed and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. We offer a flexible work environment. This means working up to 2 days a week remotely and the rest of the time at the corporate office in Waltham, MA.

"Gauges" of Responsibility

  • Manage terminal inventories.

  • Distribute Product Supply throughout Global's system.

  • Coordinate vessel, barge, pipeline, truck and rail movements.

  • Provide support for trading department.

  • Ensure product quality meets required specifications.

  • Adjust sales and resupply forecasts according to season, price, supply and demand trends.

  • Nominate supply quantities to counterparts based on forecasted demand.

  • Nominate waterborne movements to counterparts, terminal and pipelines.

  • Execute exchange operations through nominations and transportation.

  • Enter and manage product movements and exchange transactions in Global's ETRM system.

  • Approve movement and testing expenses and manage rebilling of expenses.

  • Assist in various Ad Hoc projects as required.

Qualifications

  • 0 - 2 years' work experience.

  • Outstanding ability to work collaboratively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
