Job Title -Office and Administrative Manager - Commercial

Location -Woodstock, GA. On-site

What You Will Do



  • Handles all aspects of tracking and managing indirect office costs. This includes ordering and inventorying office supplies, marketing material, etc.
  • Administers applications for new employee "sign-ups", including the I-9 and E-Verify process, as well as basic personnel administration activities and general administration.
  • Responsible for purchasing of small items and verifying payments to vendors and
  • Responsible for planning company group functions and outings.
  • Assist project teams with preparing Subcontracts and Purchase orders including issuance and tracking.
  • Ensures that all required employment notices are posted on the bulletin board at the Commercial Group Offices.
  • Work with project teams to prepare project proposals and pre-qualifications as well as bid packages.
  • Support division needs during bidding process with deliverables such as creating bid invitations, preparing document control log, and bid communication follow-up.
  • Work closely with corporate and other satellite offices as required
  • Overseeing general office operations
  • Greeting visitors, answering phones as necessary.
  • Responsible for assisting project teams with vendor insurance compliance.
  • Performs additional duties per supervisor's direction.
  • Administer client vendor onboarding systems and maintain compliance with client's


  • Working Conditions- Full time; some light lifting may be required (50lbs), walking, standing, sitting, keyboarding, writing and reading. Work performed in a controlled indoor environment. Some Travel Required.

Education / Experience -Minimum high school diploma/GED and five years' experience in an accounting or administrative role required OR 3 years' experience in a construction office setting.

While the salary range is typically between $49,100 - $73,600 annually, applicants are encouraged to share compensation expectations as part of the application process. Caddell honors prior experience, education, and qualifications of applicants in order to make attractive and competitive offers.
