Job Title -Office and Administrative Manager - Commercial Location -Woodstock, GA. On-site Resumes will be reviewed continuously. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities -Understanding of project and office administration procedures and techniques required. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to use Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Detail oriented. Education / Experience -Minimum high school diploma/GED and five years' experience in an accounting or administrative role required OR 3 years' experience in a construction office setting. While the salary range is typically between $49,100 - $73,600 annually, applicants are encouraged to share compensation expectations as part of the application process.
