Job Purpose Opportunity to play an active role in the Operations Ancillary Team by supporting the process and administration of the Herc Tolls program. Participate in various aspects of the tolls process, including toll processing, invoicing, training support, building tolls reporting, etc. What you will do... Assist with researching all tolls/violations received via email and paper mail Maintain Bestpass inventory based on in-fleeting and de-fleeting of rental/owned vehicles Ensure license plate accuracy in point of sales system working with ABS and Schumacher vendors Create invoices to bill back customers for tolls/violations incurred while on rent Support training sessions to introduce new toll/violation processes to Herc team members Learn SQL and Qlik basics to build-out a new Tolls dashboard Track performance trends and provide key insights to various stakeholders Support broader ancillary projects and other ad hoc requests Requirements Currently enrolled at a college or university and pursuing a bachelor's degree and are in your Junior or Senior year Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication Skills Highly organized and strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Req #: 64211 Pay Range: $20 an hour Please be advised that the actual salary offered for any position is subject to the company's sole discretion and may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, location, and overall fit for the role.
