Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Technology Solution Lead to join our dynamic technology team New York Life. This individual will be responsible for analyzing business needs and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise systems, Agile and Scrum practices, and can lead cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle.

What You'll Do:
* Ensure complex requirements are fully understood by configuration, development, integration and testing teams to efficiently implement Agent Marketing Tools for NYL
* Manage a technology analyst (TA) team, which may include employees and consultants
* Provide guidance, coaching and quality reviews of TA team's work including, but not limited to, defining business rules and use cases, creating requirements, documenting process flows and mapping data between applications
* Document requirements for our most complex, high-value features
* Partner with Product Owners to define acceptance criteria for key features of new technology
* Partner with architects, engineers, designers and testers to design best practice solutions that satisfy business requirements effectively building a bridge between business and technology
* Build trusted relationships across product owners, vendors and various technology teams to ensure business functionality is understood and properly prioritized
* Support change requests with project management and solution delivery teams to identify impact and prioritize
* Partner with QA/UAT to design optimal test coverage based on acceptance criteria, business impact of defects, and technical risk for defects
* Provide requirement clarification to assist with troubleshooting, remediating and managing production issues and defects during normal business hours

What You'll Bring:
* Bachelor's Degree required, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration
* 5+ years in the insurance, financial services, or regulated industries with experience in MarTech tools such as Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or digital marketing platforms like Adobe Campaign
* 10+ years of prior experience in marketing and/or marketing technology as a product owner, product manager, business analyst, or engineering
* 5+ years of people management experience managing a team of analysts, consultants, business analysts, and/or configurators
* Demonstrated ability to interpret technical documentation and visualizations, including system architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and process models, to effectively communicate technical concepts to business and technology stakeholders.
* Advanced problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to identify, define and understand a problem, have knowledge of root cause analysis, and research effective solutions for the customer
* Proven leadership, negotiation and relationship management skills; experience working with large and complex business stakeholders teams
* Passionate about process improvement and proven ability to creatively solve problems
* Exceptional presence and experience in communicating and presenting
* Extensive hands-on experience working across multiple disciplines, presenting findings to an executive audience and publishing findings in written format
* Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$122,500-$210,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
