Supply Chain Management (SCM) seeks a highly motivated individual to join the Releasing, Forecasting & Supply Chain Systems team. The role is responsible in resolving part release authorization and/or supply concerns identified by their internal team and/or external business users. This position is key to ensuring supply chain releasing processes/systems are maintained & operating as designed for business use. Supporting the weekly release process will require Friday through Saturday remote support with approved OT compensation. Exposure to cross-functional teams outside of Supply Chain, for example MLM, Finance, ICT, Engineering and/or the external supply base, is to be expected. Collaboration is required with system analysts while supporting executive reporting and/or system data integrity maintenance. This position offers experience in automotive supply chain operations & manufacturing build tracking within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:



  • Part Release Authorization & Vehicle Forecasting: Collaborate with vehicle Platform & Demand planning teams on timely release program processing for VBASS & CHIERS. Remote support will be required Friday through Saturday with approved OT compensation
  • Executive & Supplier Communication Report Out: Maintain and publish KPI reporting such as PC1 assembly scheduled vs. actual daily production including but not limited to system reporting tied to CSDS, CHIERS & VBASS. Maintain Buildout, Launch & Order Allocation tracker. Manage weekly supplier call presentation to communicate notable approved program actions impacting supplier forecast. Facilitate weekly supplier calls
  • Supply Chain System Owner: Responsible for CSDS (supplier ship/delivery schedule) & CHIERS/VBASS (Part & Vehicle release forecast)
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various SCM teams, manufacturing (MLM), Brands, ICT and Engineering to support seamless weekly Vehicle & Part Forecasting
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to aid in trouble shooting identified release discrepancies and leveraging available BI tools for departmental and executive report out

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • 5 plus years of experience in SCM or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with supply chain management systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, BI apps, Qlik Sense) is a plus, but not required
