Your Job Koch is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our team in either Atlanta, GA or Wichita, KS. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong critical thinking abilities to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and oversight. This team will interact with our global payroll team and be exposed to international payroll initiatives. What You Will Do Partner with internal global service teams to oversee and ensure timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Collaborate with HR and internal partner teams to resolve payroll-related issues and provide exceptional customer service to employees. Perform special projects assigned by supervisor. Utilize critical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve issues and discrepancies Collaborate with payroll leadership and other departments to implement payroll automation and standardization. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience leading payroll processing and analysis of payroll Experience improving or identifying opportunities to enhance payroll accuracies Payroll software and systems experience, data analysis and reporting Experience clearly and effectively sharing information and collaborating with team members/stakeholders across an organization Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment What Will Put You Ahead Experience with SAP, Kronos, and/or Dayforce At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
