Summary:

The Manager Patient Engagement leads initiativesthat make healthcare easier to access, navigate,and experience. Combining project management,communications, and consumer engagementexpertise, this role designs and implements digitaland non-digital solutions that enhance the patientjourney and streamline workflows for care teams.Partnering across departments, the Manager mapspatient journeys, identifies opportunities, and drivesprojects from concept to completion-measuringresults and ensuring every patient touchpointdelivers clarity, ease, and value.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Required: Bachelors or equivalent experience. Preferred: Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Minimum 5+ years' experience managing marketing/brand/patient engagement initiatives, people, resources, budgets, and workflows. 5+ years related experience
  4. Knowledge of design software such as Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator and other related programs essential (preferred, not required)
  5. Proficiency with Zoom and Microsoft Teams
