- Owner of assorting, merchandising, buying, planning and allocation of all product initiatives while keeping strategic intent top of mind
- This candidate will select assortments by analyzing product performance, customer feedback, consumer trends, competitive landscape and market knowledge
- This candidate will strategically assort and plan quarterly product, while balancing OTB, monthly financial targets, sku productivity goals and seasonal offer
- Reforecast select areas of the business monthly to meet financial targets and productivity metrics by reforecasting sku level sales, inventory, receipts, and margin targets
- Partner with Ecommerce Merchandising, Marketing, Product Knowledge, Visual Merchandising and Store Operations teams to create synergies among all consumer touch points
- Manage SKU lifecycle from adoption to delete, react to in season sales/learnings to determine go forward strategy and actions
- Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly selling reports to recap and analyze business, making recommendations for driving improved performance and identifying opportunities.
- Analyze and manage owned dept allocations & inventory levels at both distribution and store levels across 100+ skus
