Hill International is seeking a Project Manager - Baggage Handling Systems in Phoenix, Arizona
- Establish an overall project plan, and strategy, and identify specific goals, priorities, and plans for successfully completing the project
- Establish written project procedures consistent with the City of Phoenix Aviation Department
- Organize and implement teams for specific tasks
- Align people and communicate strategies
- Establish an effective and efficient task execution process
- Manages the process to ensure all aspects of the project are appropriately communicated to all stakeholders. Develops and participates in informational presentations to various groups, board, and commissions
- Manages all aspects of the design and construction of assigned projects
- Manages and reports the scope, schedule, and budget of the project
- Develops and implements project management processes specifically to assign projects
- Manages RFIs, submittals and other processes
- Prepares weekly and monthly project design and construction reports
- Coordinate with various agencies and airport divisions, such as TSA, Customs, Airlines, Designers and Contractors
- Clear delegated authority for planning, resource allocation, direction, and control of services to be rendered daily
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, certificate in project management or 10 years of experience in project management aviation related work
- Experience in Project Management and baggage handling systems and BHS technology
- Experience with TSA testing protocols and controls
- Must be willing to work full time on-site in Phoenix, AZ
