GP Strategies Government Solutions has an opening for a Human Resources (HR) Specialist - Compliance and Employee Relations. This is a full-time, benefitted, remote position working EST hours. Job Summary: The HR Generalist will provide broad support to the Human Resources function for a federal contracting organization with approximately 400 U.S.-based employees. This role requires a strong focus on employee relations, HR compliance, and will help support enhancement, maintenance, and maturing of our HR system (Paylocity), ensuring the organization adheres to federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as government contracting requirements. The anticipated salary range for this position is $70-90K annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
