Job Summary: The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) Governance Lead assists with promoting project portfolio management and the project delivery governance life cycle, practices, roles and responsibility across the enterprise. Essential Functions:
- Provide support to Project Managers and BA's during the project life cycle
- Assist with continuously refining and improving the project delivery governance life cycle, including standardized reporting
- Assist with the creation and improvement of risk management practices
- Assist with building a consolidated view of risk at the enterprise portfolio level
- Assist with the compilation and consolidation of key portfolio KPI reports
- Provide support to Manager Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) Governance
- Assist with the facilitation of EPMO groups including COE's, COP's, and committees
- Assist with rapid resolution or escalation of issues and blockers
- Assist with creation, management, maintenance, refinement, and dissemination to project delivery governance policies, procedures, and standards
- Assist with creation, management, maintenance, refinement, and dissemination of EPMO templates and reports
- Assist with the continuous improvement of project management best practices, processes, and tools
- Provide coaching on project management processes
- Assist with establishing EPMO dashboards/scorecards
- Assist with driving maturity based upon maturity roadmap
- Integrate continuous improvement and innovation into all projects
- Assist with onboarding and training for all EPMO staff
- Assist with development and dissemination of EPMO training materials
- Work with IT to ensure PMIS platform supports the needs of the EPMO
- Maintain knowledge of the company's regulatory environment, and support in transforming regulatory procedures into polices or reporting
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of the EPMO SharePoint site
- Prepare presentations, reports, briefing materials and other deliverables
- Perform other duties as requested
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent years of relevant experience is required
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience working in/ supporting a project management office is required
- Experience working in Project Management software required
- Familiarity of the healthcare field and knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare is preferred

Compensation Range: $81,400.00 - $130,200.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
