Position Summary:

The role of the Project Coordinator aids the Program Management team within the Microelectronics Product Line, providing day-to-day support to a cross-functional project team. The role will monitor progress of goals and objectives, track and status actions and schedule requirements, as well as implement project management best practices and facilitate problem solving discussions. This role will report directly to a Program Manager but support all Program Management across the Microelectronics Product Line.

This is a full-time position in which the candidate will be required to travel periodically.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Supports project documentation management as directed, including Steering Committee and other stakeholder presentations as assigned.

* Supports the preparation of these stakeholder status reports by providing appropriate data or tools support such as presentation and spreadsheet updates to Project Lead.

* Gathers and prepares presentation material and similar documentation in support of key briefings and deliverables on behalf of the Project Leader and project team.

* Captures, tracks, and statuses project team actions, communicating upcoming due dates, flagging overdue actions, and providing Project Leader with regular action log reports.

* When problems/issues arise, participates in (and supports status reporting of), structured problem solving, root cause analysis, and execution of appropriate corrective actions.

* Supports and participates in project meetings, and tracks progress of assigned day-to-day commitments of the work stream leads as directed by the Project Leader.

* Exercise independent judgement in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for problem solving and obtaining results

* Follows standard project scheduling and planning processes, and utilizes standard tools, in accordance with TTM 209-000.00, TTM ISO-9002, and AS9100 requirements.

* Supports the monitoring and reporting of project progress against established goals and provides reports to supervisor/manager as assigned.

* Supports project material management as directed, including entering purchase requisitions and ensuring their prompt approval for purchasing as well as expediting material through supply chain.

* Performs all other related duties as directed by project leader they are supporting.

* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Required Education and Experience:

* Associates degree in relevant discipline required; Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline preferred.

* 2 years related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4 years with an Associate's degree

Compensation and Benefits:

TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$40,424 - $63,896

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
