What you'll do:

SUMMARY:
Quality Control is
responsible for eliminating vehicle defects through the daily inspection of
vehicles and preparing the vehicle for the customer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform complete pre-inspection and quality audits of finished product in
accordance with process documentation
* Document, communicate, and lead activities to resolve issues
* Perform repairs on completed vehicles after inspected
* Work closely with the team to cooperatively resolve quality issues
* Document and perform containment activities as directed
* Assist in the review and updating of the build book
* Ensure that paperwork is complete and accurate during the build process
* Clean and prep the vehicle for the customer

What you need to be successful:

• 3+ years of experience in truck manufacturing required.
  
• Familiarity with quality systems and process audits
  preferred.
  
• Ability to read blueprints and apply basic shop math.
  
• Must complete Process Capability Training within 9 months.
  
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
