Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

The Nurse Supervisor is a vital member of the Flat Shoals Clinic leadership team. This role is responsible and accountable for organizing and directing all aspects of nursing services to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care. Working in collaboration with the Clinic Director, the Nurse Supervisor supports daily clinic operations and is a key leader in creating a patient-first culture.

The ideal candidate will serve as a positive role model for nursing staff, championing clinical standards, professional development, and patient advocacy. You will lead efforts in customer satisfaction, staff engagement, quality improvement, and operational efficiency-making a meaningful impact on the clinic's success and the community we serve.

• Lead and manage nursing operations within the clinic, ensuring high standards of care and patient safety

• Serve as a mentor and coach for nursing staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork

• Collaborate with clinic leadership to optimize workflows and improve patient access

• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical team members

• Drive initiatives in quality assurance, performance improvement, and patient experience

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards

• Champion a culture of excellence, respect, and inclusion

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) - Required

• Current Georgia RN license - Required

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - Required

• Three (3) years of clinical nursing experience - Required

• Two (2) years of leadership experience - Preferred
