Registered Dietitian - Dialysis Clinic

Location: Dartmouth, MA 02747

Schedule: Full-time, day shifts (30-39 hours per week) No Sundays + No Overnights

Innovative Renal Care is hiring a Registered Dietitian (RD) to support patients living with chronic kidney disease at our 31-station outpatient dialysis clinic in Dartmouth. You'll join a collaborative care team serving both in-center hemodialysis (ICHD) and peritoneal dialysis (PD) patients - helping them manage their nutritional needs and improve overall health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide ongoing renal diet education and counseling for patients and families
• Review monthly lab results and collaborate with physicians and nurses to adjust nutrition goals
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ESRD guidelines and patient privacy standards

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (Commission on Dietetic Registration)
• Active Massachusetts state license (or eligibility for licensure)
• At least 1 year of clinical nutrition experience (supervision allowed if newly registered)
• Previous dialysis or ESRD nutrition experience preferred
• Strong communication, patient-education, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient dignity, safety, and high-quality care

Salary Range: $31.59 - $41.95 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
