About the role
The VP/Director, Fleet Management will lead the oversight and optimization of BBC's fleet operations across their residential portfolios. This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining the program to ensure efficiency and safety of our vehicles. The VP/Director, Fleet Management, will work directly with Operations. This is a hybrid role based out of our Malvern, PA office.

What you'll be doing
- Manages vehicle acquisition, maintenance and disposal
- Establish, review and update standard operating procedures (SOP's) of Fleet Solutions
- Work with fleet team at all site teams to review/authorize repairs and issue PO's.
- Maintains detailed records and ensures vehicles and equipment are maintained and serviced regularly and schedules maintenance.
- Liaison with site teams, 3rd party vendors and internal teams to ensure that contracts are correctly updated.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Monitors and tracks vehicle usage to optimize fleet performance and improved efficiency.
- Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities and registrations for fleet vehicles
- Coordinate workflow, assign tasks and track productivity to maintain accuracy
- Analyze data to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs
- Develops and implements policies and procedures for fleet operation
- Ensure processes for rental and lease purchase programs are being followed
- Evaluate and manage investment opportunities and ongoing maintenance programs
- Responsible for the management of the P&L for Fleet Solutions
- Collaborate with management to develop maintenance budgets and strategies.
- Review repair orders, warranty claims and service invoices for accuracy.
- Ensure all vehicle damage is reported and repairs are completed with VP, Safety, Health and Risk
Who we're looking for
- BS Required
- Minimum of 8 years in Fleet Management
- Minimum of 2 years of management
- Knowledge of Fleet Management
- Strong financial and process management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Ability to perform project management.
- Ability to effectively work within a decentralized / highly autonomous business model.
- Proven track record in delivering change within a complex business.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and relationship building.
- Customer focus on service and excellence.

Typical Physical Demands: Regularly use hands to manipulate tools, equipment, supplies, and office equipment. Frequently stand, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, and stoop. Sit and stand to do clerical work. Regularly lift and move equipment and supplies up to 75 lbs.
