Position Summary

As an HVAC Technician, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems across Denver. Your expertise will keep heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems operating safely and efficiently for commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities



  • Inspect and evaluate commercial HVAC systems
  • Troubleshoot HVAC issues and perform accurate diagnostics
  • Repair or replace faulty compressors, motors, belts, and control systems
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance and system tune-ups
  • Test HVAC systems for proper operation and efficiency
  • Respond promptly to emergency repair calls
  • Complete work orders and service reports with detailed documentation
  • Deliver top-notch customer service and communicate clearly with clients
  • Work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments



Qualifications



  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred
  • EPA Universal Certification (Required)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills



Compensation & Schedule



  • Pay Range: $30 - $38 per hour (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday (with some on-call availability)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $1,500
