Primary Responsibilities: 
      
 Provide direct supervision for the audit team membersLead discussions with business partners (including executive level individuals) to appropriately scope audits based upon riskReview documentation produced by the audit team to ensure quality, fact-based decisions are being made related to compliance with laws, regulations, and/or contractual requirementsEnsure documented testing results are supported by evidence and can be easily interpreted and reproduced as neededCommunicate audit results to business partners and ensure all interested parties understand where expectations were not metWrite audit reports that concisely summarize audit conclusions and are clear to all key stakeholders involvedProvide feedback and coaching to audit team members to help the team continue to develop and growLearn, understand, and be able to discuss complex business processes with business partnersCreate strategies to test business processes for compliance with laws, regulations, and/or requirementsDetermine a manageable audit scope that can be completed in a timely manner while also producing value for the organizationOversee audit initiatives and ensure all projects are completed timely and with qualityDevelop broad technical and commercial business awareness
 Qualifications: 
      
 Bachelor's degree or Master's degreeCPA and/or CIA certification5+ years of experience (audit, risk management, SOX, or related experience) in the mid-stream oil and gas sector, in an integrated oil and gas company, or related industry experience3+ years of experience managing audit teamsCan skillfully communicate information in a professional, positive mannerAbility to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlinesAbility to handle a variety of challenges and independently solve problems as they ariseExcellent project management, organizational and time management skillsProficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPointExperience with Oracle, a plus
