This is a Hybrid role with 3 days on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).


Typical tasks of the position include, but are not limited to

    Critical collaborator for topline orders and sales for TA Global Commercial team, inclusive of Commercial Leadership, Product Management, Manufacturing and TA Business Committee Executives
  • Leads AOP (Annual Operating Plan) which consists of building financial models, meeting with Commercial partners and supporting the Director of FP&A Topline in consolidation and analysis
  • Strategic business partner in driving financial analysis and reporting initiatives; both on a quarterly, monthly and ad hoc cadence
  • Driven month end close activities and reconciliations
  • Leads all aspects of performance and project work of summer intern


The successful candidate will have a combination of knowledge, skills, and experience that would include the following

  • Proven expertise in financial planning, forecasting and budgeting across complex business environments
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using Excel. Power BI experience is preferred
  • Strong business partnering skills with experience influencing cross functional teams and senior leadership
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive strategic initiatives under tight deadlines
