Job Duties: Minimum Education High school diploma/GED. Minimum Experience Obtains on-the-job training (OJT) and 36 months proficiency in the area of aircraft maintenance to meet the experience requirements for progression to Aviation Maintenance Technician. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Valid A&P licenses. Must be able to lift & maneuver heavy aircraft-related components, parts & equipment. Job Conditions Must be willing to work odd work weeks, rotating shifts, overtime, weekends & holidays. FAA Covered Safety Sensitive Position. Subject to regulatory Alcohol & Drug Testing, which includes testing for marijuana, PCP, amphetamines, cocaine & opioids. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. A valid non-restricted drivers license from the state of residence is required.
