About The Role: The Construction Services Operations Manager role involves leading a team of field, lab, and administrative personnel while ensuring operational excellence and business growth. This position plays a vital role in team leadership, project oversight, and client relationship management in the Nashville area. Team Leadership: Supervise Field and Laboratory Services Managers, professionals, and administrative staff to ensure productivity and performance alignment. Operations Management: Track and manage department metrics including revenue, utilization, billing, collections, and profitability. Client Development: Collaborate with leadership and business development teams to identify and secure new project opportunities. Project Oversight: Manage key project delivery to ensure on-time and on-budget results. Quality & Compliance: Promote and ensure compliance with AASHTO Quality System requirements and high operational standards. . About You: You have a high school diploma or GED (a Bachelor's in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering or related field is a plus). You have at least 6 years of experience in operational and/or project management, preferably within the A/E/C industry. You have a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and grow business opportunities. You have a positive leadership style and working knowledge of business metrics, safety, HR policies, and risk management.
