Job Summary: Join Columbia Sportswear Company's Inbound team and play a vital role in receiving and processing incoming products that support our global distribution network. As a Warehouse Associate I, you'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where accuracy, safety, and efficiency are key to delivering excellence from day one. Location: Columbia Sportswear Company Distribution Center 7000 N Leadbetter Rd, Portland, OR 97203 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM Flexibility required for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Pay & Benefits: Starting Pay: $21.00/hour Merit increases up to $26.30/hour Annual bonus eligible (up to 5%) Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match Generous paid time off and paid holidays Employee discounts on Columbia Sportswear and family of brands Key Responsibilities: Receive and unload incoming shipments using manual or powered equipment Verify product accuracy and condition against packing slips and purchase orders Label and scan products into inventory using Warehouse Management System (WMS) Sort and stage items for storage or further processing Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Ability to read, speak, and understand English Basic computer skills or willingness to be trained Ability to lift 40+ lbs, push up to 80 lbs, and stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, dust, and noise Self-starter with strong attention to detail and accountability Additional Information: This position is part of the Inbound department and focuses on the accurate and efficient processing of incoming products.
