Meet the Team Cisco's Commerce Experiences (CE) manages the intricate ecosystem of operations for our partners, sellers, renewal managers, and customers across all Cisco hardware, software, and services. We are dedicated to embracing a digital-first, agile-centric approach to provide seamless transactional support and manage strategic operations across diverse business models. Our mission is to continuously optimize business processes by reducing friction through simplification and automation, integrating and accelerating transformation within the operations engine. What You'll Do As a Product Manager, you will lead the development of innovative, AI-powered commerce solutions for Cisco's global network of sellers, partners, and distributors. You will leverage cutting-edge technologies-including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI-to create intelligent, automated, and personalized commerce experiences. Key responsibilities include driving product adoption, optimizing features, and identifying opportunities for AI-driven improvements in areas such as order management, partner enablement, sales quoting, and post-sales support.
