Job Summary:
A Project Engineer position is currently available in Middletown, CT. This job is a full-time direct position with benefits. This position will operate as a Scrum Master, utilizing Agile methodologies and leading multi-discipline teams through sprints. This role will involve creating and managing schedules, working through backlog items, communicating across disciplines, leading daily meetings, assigning action items, and ensuring project tasks stay on schedule.

Job Duties:
* Interface daily with customers. Lead and support projects, schedule meetings, report out information, and demonstrate successful methods to work around roadblocks or delays.
* Evaluate processes and recommend/implement process improvements
* Develop an understanding of each engineering discipline & workflow
* Act as liaison for engineering team and customer
* Participate in high-level management strategy meetings,

Required Qualifications:
* BS degree in an Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent work experience in a related discipline.
* Experience with customer facing roles.
* Technically strong with the ability to run tasks to ground.
* Strong MS Office Skills are a must, familiarity with Agile methodologies, scrum, and Jira are a plus.
* Strong self-management, the ability to work independently, as well as on a team, is required. Must be outgoing, enjoy solving problems, and be an excellent communicator (written and verbal).
* Ability to absorb information, ask questions, run problems to ground, deliver outcomes, and help accelerate individual growth in others.
* Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship required
