** The Promotional Priority Period for current Teamster applicants: 7/30/2025 - 8/5/2025 ** This position is a 12 month appointment, 75% time (30 hours/week), Monday - Friday 6 AM - 12 PM with some hours to vary. The pay rate is $21.63. The position is located on the UMN Morris campus and is represented by the Teamsters Bargaining Unit. Position Overview: The University of Minnesota Morris (UMM) seeks to hire two (2) Custodians (6025: LR-Service/Maintenance/Labor - Building and Grounds Worker) responsible for providing a clean, safe and welcoming environment for the students,employees and guests of UMM. Custodians perform custodial and general maintenance for Facilities Management supported buildings on campus. UMM faculty and staff demonstrate an appreciation of cultural diversity and the ability to work effectively with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, cultures, and experience.
