Job Details
Position Summary Screens and handles routine matters for Office of Vice President; performs administrative duties such as drafting, editing, and typing complex reports, developing, implementing and maintaining appropriate office protocol and organization, as well as competently executing or delegating the day-to-day administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant for the Office of Vice President will also be supporting Director of Operations and will be a part of an Executive Assistant network to manage the schedules and daily admininstrative tasks for executive leadership and board members. Location: 600 N. Wolfe Street, Baltimore, MD Hours: Days/40 hours Education: Requires two years college level coursework, technical business school or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
