As an Area Safety Specialist in our Iowa region, you'll work closely with local leaders and the Safety Manager to bring our safety standards to life. You'll help implement policies, lead by example in the field, and ensure our teams and our customers have the support they need to create successful, compliant, and people-first work zones. This role supports a territory that includes Des Moines, Ames, Fort Dodge, and the towns in between. Other Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university, preferably inOccupational Health or Safety, and four-plus years leading a successful behavior-based safety culture and safety Location: This role can be based out of Des Moines, Fort Dodge, Sioux Center, or Sioux City IA. Travel: Travel will be required and will vary according to geo-market locations. Travel to and from the office and job sites will be approximately 60% of the time, with minimal overnight travel.
